I removed your image because it was extremely large and illegible. Please submit a support ticket. Include your Operating System, what browser and version you are using and exactly what the error says when you try to install. You do not need to include an image of the error. Thank you!

I'm really sorry for the image.

Alright like I said I just downloaded the setup then ran it then I clicked the
NEXT button then a red message dialog box popped up and it said "irsetup"
with a big letter x. then after i closed the dialog box the NEXT button disappeared
along with the other buttons what's left is the close button so i decided to close
it and abort the installation. I'm using a mozilla firefox 3.0.7 and my Operating System
is Windows XP Service Pack3.

Again I'm really sorry for the image.

Not a problem - I just wanted you to understand why I deleted it. What kind of anti-virus software are you using? As far as I know irsetup.exe is not associated with our toolbar. You might want to do a scan on your system.

I just want to say in defense for Tasha or any other support here that sometimes it's not "their" fault, ok this may be a shock for some of us but like she said it could be the very software we use to protect us that causes us the most problems, ie. AV, FW, other software or other toolbars.
I'm only saying this because I am in the industry and sometimes we want to say "it outloud" but it's in our person to try and help but some of us are beyond help (not personally) but our systems! so try and limit junk toolbars and junk stuff we use for eye candy because 8 out of 10 times it's something we installed ourselves.
Thanks for listening and allowing me this rant, just wanted to put this out there so it may provoke thought and ask ourselves "what did we just change to make it stop working?" or are there other toolbars/software running that we can disable just to test this ourselves. By no means am I saying anyone is "Dumb" or anything of the sort, but just question our system first.

Have an awesome Day,
