RMC closes unexpectedly, no error

Whenever I attempt to record a stream, RMC will start downloading it, and then the window disappears. no error message is given. Happens on multiple sites, too. using 3.01 on vista.

Please uninstall the version you are currently using, reboot and install the latest version.
