Ask & Record won't install

I have had the ask and record toolbar for several months now and I LOVE IT I use it every day and have even avoided the problems with firefox mentioned by several other users; however, over the past two days I started having problems with my browser and had to uninstall and reinstall EVERYTHING including my Ask and Record toolbar but now I can not get it to install on my computer it keeps saying: Error 123: The file name, directory name, or volume label syntax is incorrect :confused:. Can someone Please help me I don't know what to do :mad:

after contacting a technical support person I was directed to create a new widows account it seems that sometimes file directory's become corrupt and can cause this error to start popping up and by creating a new profile the corrupted directory is bypassed.:o
