no picture in at-large recorder while recording

I have managed to transfer the at-large recorder from one computer to another (xp to vista) and it records fine - but if I press play while recording to watch it, there is only sound, no vision. (but it has recorded the video signal ok)

some adjustments to the video bitrate etc. have not changed this situation - has anyone else experienced this?

Please try setting the recording options to their defaults and let me know if the issue persists. On the second recording screen, click the "advanced" button, then click the "default" button and try recording again.
