View Full Version : A&R Toolbar not available to multi user a/c's

The toolbar is showing correctly in Admin a/c, but in other user a/c's it does not properly present & shows message, 'Unable to retrieve buttons from Ask.com.' with a Retry button. Hitting Retry briefly flashes the message, 'Retrieving buttons from Ask Toolbar...'
Can this be corrected or is toolbar unavailable to multi user a/c's & will this always be the case?

You must be administrator to use the toolbar.

Tried changing my a/c to administrator, with a restart, but still have same message. Any ideas.

It worked for you as administrator when you first installed it,correct? Please reinstall the toolbar. Thank you!

Having to be the administrator for the toolbar to work is weak. This isn't an
administrative tool. So I guess you have two options. Either make all users administrators, bad idea, or you don't use this application.
