Toolbar does not appear in Firefox 3

The toolbar installed in IE, but not in Firefox (latest version) (my primary browser). Please advise.

Have you restarted your browser? Is the toolbar listed under Tools>>Add-ons?

Firefox Browser (ver 3.08) restarted multiple times.

Toolbar DOES NOT appear under Add-ons.

The toolbar installed fine in IE ver 7

I am having the same problem. It shows up on Internet Explorer, but not Firefox. It was there when I first downloaded it, but not now. When I click "view" and Toolbars, it says it is checked, but nothing on the toolbar.

Yeah, this morning when I turned my computer on, the toolbar was there.

I'm facing the same problem. All was well till I updated to the latest version of Firefox (3.0.10) a few days ago. Since then the Freecorder toolbar (and now the Ask & Record toolbar) has vanished. It's not listed under Tools>>Add-ons or even under View>>Toolbars either.
This problem does not occur with IE7 and the toolbar is visible. However, since Firefox is my primary browser and I hardly ever use IE7, I would really like to see the toolbar reappear in Firefox.

There is an add-on avaliable now on the firefox site that allows the toolbar to be installed in firefox. I hope this helps :D

I still cannot get it to work. Applian should get their act together to fix this add-on or remove it from the Firefox add-on list.
