I just purchased the replay suite 2 days ago and I can barely get anything to work.

WHAT I HAVE DONE:
1.) I turned off my user accounts.
2.) I set myself as an administrator
3.) I have read online tutorials and viewed through the message board and vista compatabilities.

WHAT I CAN'T DO:
1.) In AV8, I can't convert URL's to anything. I get an error message that says, "the procedure could not be located in DLL avformat-52.dll."

2.) In AV8, When I click view shows, i can't play anything except for the FLV file. When i try to play a MP3 i get a message that says, "Windows Media Player cannot find the file. If you are trying to play, burn, or sync an item that is in your library, the item might point to a file that has been moved, renamed, or deleted."

3.) In Media Catcher, I can bring the files in as a FLV, but when I go to use the converter I get an error that pops up "ffmpeg.exe" has stopped working.

4.) In Replay Converter, when I add files and bring in an FLV and try to convert it to a video file I get an error message that pops up, "the procedure could not be located in DLL avformat-52.dll."

5.) Using Freecorder toolbar, when I click on settings i get an error message that says, "freecorder application has stopped working."

*** I wish I could talk to someone on the phone and have them help me set up this software that looks to be amazing!!!

Please help!!!
