Problems recoding from Spotify

I can record from everything else but from Spotify I get a background clic in time with & only when its playing. Have they come up with a way to spoil Freecorder recording? Anyone any ideas.

Are you using the desktop version or the toolbar? It sounds more like the toolbar is why I'm asking. Thanks.
